Hi, I keep seeing the advert for Yoga Burn on FBK. Has anyone got any experience of it please ?
If so would you recommend or is it a waste of money ? Any advice/views gratefully received ☺️ Many thanks

To paraphrase a yoga instructor I sincerely respect, if it burns, it’s poor instruction leading to poor execution. The phrase “yoga burn” horrifies me, even though I’m not a “woo woo” practitioner. Makes me want to run screaming in the other direction.4

I looked at their home page. There’s a chunk devoted to “booty shaping”. They’re also hawking a mat that you can easily buy at any TJ Maxx for $12.99 or less for three times that, “marked down from $97”. (I know because I’ve owned several, before I moved up to a better mat.) Two tick marks in my book without reading any further, but that’s just me. Also, seems to be some BBB complaints about it possibly being a subscription? I’d make sure I knew what I was signing up for.3
