new but not NEW new, ya know?

Hey! I'm Kylie, I'm not new here but I did take a bit of time off to get off of social media a bit. I'm down 45 lbs since September 2018 and looking to lose 20-30 more lbs depending on how I'm looking.

I fell in love with lifting heavy on this weight loss adventure and am looking for some experienced powerlifting friends (any females here??) to teach me some things, keep me motivated and ask some questions should they pop up. Right now I'm continuing to cut my fat, keep the high protein, moderate fat, low grain train a'going diet-wise until I get to a healthy weight. Baby steps, right?
