Hey guys!
It’s been a while since I’ve been on here and I truly haven’t been focused on my health lately.
As most of y’all know I became a mother to a beautiful baby girl in September, after that our landlord kicked us out.. after staying with my child’s fathers family (who needless to say we would have been better off at a homeless shelter..) I went into depression.. only ate once a day which would be at 12am when my child’s father would come home with McDonald’s.. (only place open that late) I’ve gain so much weight that I honestly can’t keep up with my child, and that’s SAD. I’m ready to get back to where I was and overcome to be a fit and better mother for my child! I’m down to hear any advice you guys have and tips and tricks!
