A perfect figure is what I want !

Hello I am girl age 28 yrs . I was 203 pounds one year back , I took services of a dietician and with her proper diet charts I lost 51 pounds in one year with only healthy eating and negligible exercise.
So now I am 152 pounds , my hieght is 5foot 4 inch . I have plans to loose more 15-20 pounds in 6 months but I am facing few problems
1. I still have lot of belly fat and a two visible tyres around my fatty upper and lower both bellies
2. I have lot of loose skin
3. Pores on my face looks big and my face don't look that slim
4. Can I have flat abs ?

Ps: now I really want to have a model kind of figure
