Reaching healthy weight and fitness level

Just want to introduce myself! I'm spending hours/day making certain that my husband gets the exercise and nutrition he needs (he has cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy). I'm struggling with how to do the same for myself! He's keeping his healthy weight on, but I'm gradually losing weight and feeling frail, watching my muscle mass disappear. I know I have to eat more calories, but don't want to eat empty calories simply to put weight on. If there are any users here who find themselves in a similar situation to mine, I'd love to be part of a group for support with my personal goals.
