Need help with schedule

Hi, so I work overnight, and I have a very inconsistent schedule. I work from 10pm-7am, but it can range from 24-40 hrs weekly. Because of this, I've had problems trying to stick to a consistent eating schedule. my days off are even inconsistent, so either I find my self over eating or under eating. Does anyone else have this problem? can someone help?

How far in advance do you know your schedule? With something like this you will need to plan every week differently based on your schedule but that is how I would handle it. Whenever you get your new schedule for the week or month, plan around that particular schedule.0

You could try a weekly deficit instead so you only have to look at averages instead of trying to stay the same everyday.0
