Gone below 300 pounds.

Started 425 days ago on 375 pounds - this morning my weight dropped under the 300 pound marker. Thanks to MFP and all those supportive members. Weight loss - like weight gain - takes its time. Just listen to MFP, let them do the calculations, prepare a decent meal plan for yourself and take it day by day, meal by meal. Whenever possible do some exercise, and if you can only manage to walk around the block - its a good start. Now for my next goal: Under 130 kg (286 pounds).
