Started the program on 4/28. I lost 7.2 lbs. Not thrilled but being in my late 30's, I should be happy.
Today, a co worker I haven't seen commented on my progress. She was like "Wow! You look amazing!"
They always say that sometimes, progress isn't shown on the scale. That you should measure yourself as opposed to weighing yourself. Now I wish I did "before" measurements!

7.2 pounds in a month is effin' a lot, especially since it looks like based on your ticker that you only have 35 to lose. Be proud, the tv shows and magazines are not realistic portrayals of healthy weight loss. I'm happy losing 2 in a month because I'm nearing a healthy weight range.1
