Do you weigh/include your vegetables in daily diary? If not is it only spinach, broccoli & cauliflower that are omitted as they are low on carbs, whereas green beans are 4g per 100g for example.

yes. And even broccoli and cauliflower have calories. no such thing as negative calorie foods (eg celery and cucumber? huh?!)

    count them all.

Yes. All food has calories and nutrients and should be logged.

When I'm logging I include all vegetables, since the point is to track and understand my diet and I also like to look at various nutrients and know really what my maintenance calories are (I eat quite a few cals just from veg).

I might be more likely to estimate some things, like greens, although if I'm cooking with them I'll usually put them on the scale too, since it's easier.

To be honest, I'm pretty loose with my vegetables that are low on calories. I have a 2350 a day calorie goal, so I am not overly concerned with how much lettuce I ate. But anything that has a reasonable amount of calories I will try some version of logging it, even if it is not meticulous weighing.

Yes, I weigh all veggies. I weigh lettuce to encourage me to eat more of it - I probably used to only put 10 g on a sandwich and now I aim for 28 g. Similar for broccoli - weighing helps me eat more of it.

I weigh my veggies, even the low calorie ones add up! Plus they're good for checking your daily nutrients.

absolutely. when one eats an entire bag of frozen broccoli, it requires logging.

I would count everything. Everything but water has calories.

Log it be aware of them.I found my favorites are big calories sigh* but just lettuce no dressing y squash are low calories. I’m craving avocados to corn tho so it’s agony. If I eat canned no sodium
