I am New to this so could do with some help! I’m 50 and in peri menopause so trying a low carb diet. How do I work out my percentage of nutrients to help my weight loss?

    It's not specifically geared towards low carb, but the important take-away is to pick a setup and adjust as you go. There's no one right way to set your macros so play around with it and see what you like best.
