Calorie intake

Hi
I am not new to myfitnesspal, but i started last march in 2012. In one year i went from 153 to 126.5. I work as a vet tech and march of 2013 i got injured by a dog at work, it had prevented me from doing my usual activities since then i have gained weight and i now weigh 130 :( i am headed in the right direction eating healthy exercising (walking 1hr a day or doing the elliptical 30 mins a day or running/walking) im working so hard and yet i cant lose a pound no matter what i do the scale will not budge. I went from eating 1800 cals included in that is exercise cals, to eating 1600 cals. Im so frustrated and depressed because the scale wont move nor measurements. Should i try eating more or less? Help!

Sounds like you need to lower cals again. Try 1400.

Try calculating your TDEE, do you know your body fat percentage?
