I've been weighing daily to help keep me accountable. I am also interested in tracking my daily weight to check for any trends.
I saw someone mentioned an app that does that a while back, but I can't remember what it's called! Wanted to check with you guys for any recommendations!
Thanks!

there are so many factor involved that weighing daily is pretty much pointless and can be disheartening for some.
When you start weighing daily you can start obsessing over things that are out of your control, little thing like time of day, how much water your holding, have you had a bowel movement etc. These can make a difference in what the scales say, even weighing in locations can have a small affect!
In short my advice is dont weigh daily and dont look for any trends, what you think may be a trend will probably be nothing14 -

See I think it is the exact opposite. Since I started weighing daily, I have a much better understanding of fluctuations and how my body operates, so I am more comfortable with what it says than weighing weekly. When weighing weekly, you are still subject to the same fluctuations and other things that affect weight, but if it messes with your weigh in day, you can feel like a whole week is lost. Daily weigh in helps smooth out these fluctuations and show you the progress you are making on an overall trend.
Ive been using Libra for weight trending and daily weigh ins since February, and it's been really helpful.17 -
Yup, I use Libra, too.
And weighing daily helps me more clearly define weight trends over time, as well as keeping me from being overly concerned when my weight looks more like an EKG strip.0 -

Same here! It's also been great for teaching me not to freak out about cyclical weight fluctuations that are nothing more than water0
