Hi all...nearly 2 weeks in and 2.75 lbs lost against target of 1lb a week.Feel like I’ve lost more and weigh in due tomorrow, fingers crossed! This may sound weird but does anyone struggle to eat your target maximum calories?

If you need to lose weight, that means you would have eating above maintenance for a period of time. I never understand that if you (people in general) ate enough to gain, it should be easy to hit 500 cals below maintenance.

maybe the issue is food choices, you don't have to eat diet or lite foods to lose weight. add back in some of what you were eating before you started losing weight.

in my case, my calories came from alcohol.

i have no problem eating enough calories now, but there was an adjustment period.
