June 30 Day Shred workout challenge starting tomorrow!

If you've never tried 30 Day Shred before, it's a daily 20-minute workout (3 workouts/levels, 10 days at each level). 3 cycles of 3 minutes strength+2 minutes cardio+1 minute abs. You can find the videos on YouTube, and all you need is a little space and some light handweights (I use 3, 5, and 8 pound dumbells).
