I was really hungry this morning, I sauteed some onions, green peppers and a couple of eggs, and some asparagus, earlier I had a banana. I used up about 450 calories, so I will have to eat light the rest of the day and get my exercise in.

Now my stomach is upset, no more large breakfast for me:sick:

Quaker's Weight Control Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal = 160 cals
Fruit Salad in Light syrup= 50 cals
    2 cups of coffee = 7 cals
    Total : 217 cals

I eat this every weekday because I'm at work during breakfast (9:50 a.m.) and it's easier and healthier to do instant oatmeal than some other things AND it's usually the only thing that keeps me full until noon. Then it's my lunch time!

Omelet with two whole eggs and a bit of fat free cheddar cheese, and one cup of vanilla soy milk. When I was a kid, I was allergic to eggs and have only recently discovered that I'm able to eat them again so I've been taking advantage of that lately  I find that they keep me full longer than cereal, my old breakfast fave

I was bad this morning - I had a chocolate chip cookie for breakfast. Only 110 cals, but not the best choice I could have made.
