Weightless Plateau

Hi everyone,
I've been trying to do weight loss on and off since my teen years. I think one of the hardest parts for me to keep going and causes me to relapse are plateaus. Does anyone else experience this and how have you beat it in the past? Also, feel free to add me so we can continue to motivate each other (:

Weight loss is not linear and plateaus are normal. but a real plateau is normally considered 3+ weeks.
Things that can help is choosing a reasonable rate of loss, keep an eating plan you enjoy and includes foods you enjoy daily/weekly/monthly.
