My skin is almost always cold. Sometimes ice cold. I can be out for a walk, sweating under my arms and boobs, but my arms will be cold, but may be covered in a sheen of sweat anyway. but whatever i'm doing whether i'm active or sitting around my skin feels cold. It IS however super hot in spaces where my skin folds over.
My bf has the opposite problem, he's always hot. we can comfort each other in this way, he can warm me up and I can cool him off when we cuddle. :P One time he took a cold shower and when he came out he said "now my skin as at least as cold as yours maybe colder!" and he was being completely serious. I found that hilarious. :P
I kind of assumed that the reason for my coldness is the layer of fat I have all over. I wonder if I lost the weight, if my skin would feel normal? Anyone else experienced this, or maybe something like my BF has?

Im picking youll probably feel colder. When I was a healthy weight I'd get cold tonnes more than I do now - I feel hot all the time!
Also apparently guys have more blood in their bodys? Or something so their generally warmer.0 -
My fat layers are always colder than my lean areas.0

I am always cold as a snake. LOL! I need to be in one of those crazy cardio workout classes to actually be warm. When i lived in Texas, i loved when the temp was in the 90's because if i went outside, i would feel warm and warmth!
I think it has to do with my poor blood circulation, bad veins etc. When i was 'lean', it made no difference.
Have you had your thyroid checked ? (TSH dosing in a blood sample) i have to take supplements because mine is lazy. Being cold is one of the symptoms.0
