Easy simple exercises or salsa, walking or running helps in maintenance of my weight @ my age. The first photo of how much walking I do as a nurse & the second one was today at 7.5 min/km run. Later tonight I’ll be working a 12 hours nightshift so happy Exercising everyone. Stop if you are tried but don’t quit the choices lies in your own hand. 😋
