My crazy dieting

5/23 thru 5/31 my totals are: 8987 cal, 425 fat cal, 831 carbs, and 477 protein. Only thing I concentrate on, that and ensuring foods have no more than 20% fat.

Makes Me wonder how I'm standing and/or feeling good doing 2hrs cardio and 1hr weights daily x 7 days. Calories burned---10,623....Excercise minutes---1050.

Like the song goes "I Feel Good" :)
