I like to weigh every day, it keeps me on track even though I realise there will be fluctuations it gives me a guideline. Good luck everyone. Keep at it x

Everyday for me. Just part of my daily routine, and keeps me on track with the rest of the day.

Every day. I use a trend smoothing app (Happy Scale) to follow my overall patterns over time.

Every day. It helps keep me on track although I realize it might not work for everyone. 🌞

When I used to weigh myself, it was once a week. Always on a Monday, straight after waking up, after going to the toilet and before eating or drinking anything. Just wearing my boxers. I feel that gave me the most accurate way of tracking my weight.

Daily. I keep track of it in a spreadsheet. I'm more interested in the average over the week than in each day. The trend over time is more important. You'd be amazed at the fluctuation if you haven't tracked it daily before.

Every Saturday morning after taking my meds. If I don't like what it says I'll weigh again on Sunday and post that.

Right now I'm weighing every morning. I'm in maintenance but I'm struggling to not overanalyze the numbers so much, so I may need to change. For example if my highest weight for one week is 130.5 and the next week its 130.8 it will stress me out and make me question if I'm gaining fat. I get a little in the weeds with individual numbers even though I know logically it can be due to a wide range of factors

I weigh daily. I want to decrease to once a week, but my weight loss is not as consistent as I would like, so for now I feel like I need to Keep an eye on it.

Once a week for official tracking, and intermittently throughout for my own curiosity.

I try not to do it more than once per week or every other week. I obsess over it if I do it more often than that.

I weigh myself every day at 9am if I am not at work. I find that if I don't I can start getting a little lazier.

I too, realise that my weight fluctuates throughout the week but I like having that check-in that shows me whether I'm kinda going in the direction or I should maybe work a little harder. My mood does not hang on the daily weigh-in.

I only count my Sunday weigh in as real loss or gain.

Saying that it's finding what works for you.
