Hey y'all ... I've tried it all and have never stuck with anything to see any success. I'm getting older and am NOW concerned with how my actions are affecting my health ... Why did I wait this long?!
Anyways, I'm looking to get remotivated and finally befin and maintain my healthy journey! I'd love to get to know more like minded people to help keep me going when I feel like jumping off the wagon!
