I'm new to keto diet can anyone give me a good baking mix gluten-free and grain-free for baking muffins and biscuits Etc

    carbquik baking mix sold on amazon.com...not sure if it is gluten-free and grain-free

    Google, "cloud biscuits" and use that recipe. Cloud bread is also a good bread alternative to make if you want to have a bun for a burger or something. Make your food from scratch whenever you can. Don't trust premade mixes as they frequently contain hidden carbohydrates and other ingredients that are not conducive to the keto lifestyle.

    nice thread,.... so, Dr. Berg has a very good looking "The Best Bread in the World," I think it's called - video. I picked up the ingredients and plan to make it next month. Hope it's great!
