I am wanting to log net carbs on here but struggling to log it successfully via MFP. Any of you guys got any tips on success ?

    You just have to subtract fibre from total carbs, they will be such small numbers it’s super easy. :)

    Just set your macros in the goal section and you’ll have to check the fiber count in the nutrient area at the bottom of your food diary and subtract. That’s what I do. Sometimes when I’m being piggy and come up to the top end of my limits, it looks like I go over but subtract the fiber and I’m still golden. It’s also sometimes a nice surprise to see you’re actually doin pretty well and can afford a bowl of berries lol
