Hello. I’ve lost about 45 pounds then have stalled out, for a year. I gained 10 back. For the last few months I’ve been really trying to get my momentum back. I’m 51 and pretty active but wow, it’s been tough. I could use some like minded friends that care about fitness. My dream goal weight is 20 pounds away. I will get there.
