Unsolicited diet advice from a well-meaning person today 😑

I just want to make a shirt that reads:

Yes, I know I'm fat.
Yes, I know the things to do to become UN-fat.
Yes, I am currently doing those things to the best of my ability.
NO, I do not need suggestions.

(PS: before you tell me about some new or magical “diet”, ASSUME I ALREADY KNOW ABOUT IT. Also, assume it’s B-S if it’s not long term sustainable).

Hun no worries we’re all fat or we wouldn’t be on the app lol.

The rest either fake fotos or they were as big as us just happened to find a fit for them only. Trust me their in a daily fight to maintain.

The 1% were never fat in their life is building muscles have no clue what it’s like to waddle into a store with a teenager selling you a shirt rolling their eyes as they go in the back for a bigger size or say Lane Bryant over there>>>>

I have always struggled with weight as a kid was underweight to the point I died 4xs had to be brought back.Was that way until they found a medication that worked for my stomach condition so I could eat! Then normal weight for years on the thin side. Bam menopause fought to stay in my pants size slowly rising! Bam post menopause pregnancies 2back to back lost my mom/baby same week got a wonderful son who did make it. Bam Perimenopause all over again so shot up from major pregnancies health issues was 195lbs day baby came out! Over 200+ during yikes. Down to 171.6 today but I’m a yo-yo Queen. Mean people exist will just call them Permanently Hangry lol. Having a baby Plus losing weight issues I get that unsolicited advice waaaaaay too often.I tell them off now I’m old what they gonna do about it? I’m already fighting for sleep with a baby while sending my 20 something year old Daughter news articles we can rant about together at 1am.They gonna knock me out? I call that some well deserved sleep at this point.

Steer clear from those fad here today gone tomorrow juicer diets- let’s just say a YouTube video that scared me lol. She goes on to say how wonderful it is then mentions her bathroom daily explosions from it. If I want diahreah that’s blowing me away I’ll just eat some spicy foods lol.
But was a fun laugh to watch it! Celery juicing diet lol she had me rolling even breaking out in pimples.
