In my first week when I started my diet I watched and practiced some exercise videos on YouTube like "walk off fat fast" and "bodyproject cardio workout for bigenners"
And now I am on my second week, both have short videos for 20 or 30 minutes maximum, how to switch between them or any other exercises to increase the time of my daily workout!

Do one, then do the other?

With a break in between or without it!
Should I make the cool down stretches after each one or just simply join them?!

It is up to you. You could do them one after another, or with a break in between. The exercise is just as good as either way. Just listen to your body if you are pushing it too hard.

Listen to my body, I guess it's the perfect answer, thank you Mike!
