i'm sorry, this is probably obvious, but i can't find a decent answer on the forums.
when logging ribs, does the weight include the bone? or is it just the meat?
i'm assuming just the meat.
weigh raw
weigh cooked
do my tricky math to make raw = cooked
subtract the bones
is that correct?

Just the meat. I'd use a cooked entry and weigh cooked and then subtract what I did not eat (including the bones).3

Just keep in mind that some users may have created entries that included the bone weight.2
