Could use some new friends who are trying to gain muscle in place of fat. I’m 5’9, weight does not matter but I have lost some and it jumps at times. Like I said not to focused on the weight loss. I go to the gym about 4 times a week and hit it hard. I have made tones of improvement in the 90 days I’ve been logging. My dairy is open and any one is welcome to join me on my journey 😉.
