Trying to loose 60lbs

I have been working out for about 4 mos and and need some help. I can see my body starting to change but maintaining around the same weight. HELP

    Working out is great to improve fitness, but are you tracking your food? Are you weighing everything to get an accurate portion?

    You're most like gaining muscle which is good because you start to burn more calories and fat. So try not to let that discourage you. Muscle just ways more. Try tracking yourself by measuring inches instead of just weight. Especially since you can physically notice the change.
