I've been on MFP before and did well. I got down to 185 and then thought I was fine not logging and being as careful with my diet and exercise. Now I'm back up to 240 and starting again.
I've been logging for 10 days now and staying under my calorie goal. Now to add in some exercise. I'm more of a walker, bike rider, in home HIIT workout type. Just looking for like minded and motivated people to share in the journey, keep each other accountable and share tips and advice.

Have you tried the fitness Marshall on YouTube. Hes amazing and makes cardio feel like nothing yet you're always sore later. I just restarted I'm 7 days in.1
