21 day fix - started today!

As the title suggests I started 21 day fix today. I want to put that into my diary but not sure how to categorize the type of workout!!

I usually put in aerobics or something along those lines depending what workout I'm doing from 21 day fix. I only ever eat back 1/4 to 1/2 my workout calories to be on the safe side.3

I have been able to find online the average amount of calories burned with a lot of the Beachbody workouts, then I add them to my exercise list. I was able to find the average calories for a lot of the T25 workouts and LIIFT4 that I was doing. I know it's not exact, but it's at least something to gauge yourself by.1
