Top tips to avoid snacking

All my calories seem to keep going on snacks ..... any tips other than the obvious 😂

    Hey girl , drink Green tea!
    Drink when you hungry or even not hungry to keep you from feeling peckish.
    My fav is mint infused and 😍

    Prelogging has always worked for me. I'll often log my meals at the beginning of the day, which makes it easier to know what snacks I can have and what I can't. Having a good supply of low-calorie but filling snacks is also helpful (I like the fruit cups packed in juice).
