Been on here 92 days and making some good progress. Could use some friends who are supportive and active on here. My goal is to gain muscle in place of body fat. I’m age 37 and height 5’9 and weight I don’t really focus on to much because of the muscle gain. Feel free to add me. 😉

    Hi, my group of friends are like minded, regular posters that really look out for each other. All were slowly accumulated by looking for folks interested in not only their wellbeing but those that showed the same empathy and willingness to help hold others accountable.
