Hey peeps. So just found out I have IBS and need to stay on a low carb diet. It’s hard as hell as everything I love is carbs. Hopefully I’ll be ok

It's hard at first, but once you start feeling better without carbs it might be enough to break their hold over you. That's how it was for me. My insides stopped feeling terrible (a feeling I used to think was just normal digestion) and I happily stay away from grains and processed foods. But low-carb doesn't have to be boring, either 😉
