    I just started. The biggest difference is I do a lot more home cooked meals, which is a lot healthier in the long run and I know what’s going in my food.

    I am a budding vegan, 100 percent no meat for 2 years ish
    I am working my dairy rn, usually use almond alternatives and learned to bake with apple sauce for cakes, cookies etc
    I still slip up and might have something with dairy in it, like cheese or creamer, if I personally buy it myself I will buy the soy cheese alternative but slips usually happen when I get it for free from somebody or are low on cheap food options and I am out somewhere.
