Daily Harvest - Weight Loss meal subscription

Hi all,

I'm looking to lose weight and wanted to see if anyone else had experience using Daily Harvest as your full meal plan. Or partial meal plan. I really love all their stuff.

I am sedentary, with a desk job, and am starting on week three of eating primarily Daily Harvest for all my meals. I hike on the weekends, do mild yoga during the week since I have back issues, etc. So far I've lost 8 lbs, and this is a major feat since I've been struggling to stick with any other nutrition plans. Would love to chat more if anyone is doing the same.

Daily meals:
Morning: Smoothie/Oat Bowl/Chia Bowl (140-500 cal) + Almond Milk (30 cal)
Lunch: Harvest Bowl (140-280 cal) + Avacado or Eggs as additions (100-140 cal)
Snack: Kind Bar/Other (200-300 cal)
Dinner: Harvest Bowl (140-280 cal)

Average calorie intake: 1500
