What changes are happening if I lose 5%, 10%, 20% etc of my body weight?

I have now lost 5% of my body weight and hope to ultimately lose over 30% in the next couple of years.
Are there any known positive side effects in terms of changes to your body that these set percentages result in?
Obviously I know less weight on my joints and less chance of heart attack/stroke etc but Im wondering about known correlations with percentages of weight loss. Im hoping that I can use this to mentally think about whats going on inside my body
