Wheres my 400+ lb people at? Let's band together!

Hey guys. My starting weight was 499. Currently down to 487. I can respect anyone wanting to lose weight but it's different for us than it is a 250lb person wanting to drop 20lbs. This is literally life or death for us! I used to be ashamed to talk about this but not anymore! We can all do this.

Hey im new to this, I've always said I didn't care what people thought of me and I would eat what I wanted. Well now here I am 43 years old in pain every day because of injuries and weight, I went to the doctor for pain in my stomach by my belly button and come to find out I have a hernia. I need to have surgery but I was told that I am too fat and I need to lose weight by bariatric surgery, so now I have to see a fat surgeon next week to get things going but heres another twist, my family doctor called me in to his office today to tell me my A1C test came back at 6.7 and he also told me I am at the beginning of diabetes. So now its time for me to get serious and try to lose some weight.
I am 412lbs 6'1" right now which is at my highest. I will find out in the coming weeks what my goal weight will be.

Well whatever your goal weight is I know you'll achieve it. Diabetes is definitely scary but manageable. I have faith in you! We can do this together.
