How to calculate data for vegetarian ramen soup?

I'm eating lunch today at a ramen shop today and need some assistance in how to calculate the data for it. It's a fairly large bowl with a decent portion of ramen noodles imported from Japan, with vegetarian broth, carrots, bean sprouts, nori, mushrooms, snap peas, and brussels sprouts. I know the sodium will be enough for a week but any other suggestions for calories/fat?
