Looking for motivational friends!!

I’m far from new here - it’s been at least five years - but after taking a break from it all after I lost my dad and learning to refocus absolutely everything I am more determined than ever.

Quick background: my highest weight was 322 lbs in 2012. Unhappy marriage, no support, I skedaddled. Midway 2014 I was down 100 lbs. and putting on 5-10 miles a day. Life happened again, stress, hormonal PCOS insulin-resistant weight gain, I was back up to 270 this spring. Now I’m doing my best to follow a ketoish way of eating and incorporating intermittent and extended fasting, along with walking the dog and stretching. Currently 16+ hours into a 66 hour fast.

Looking for any and all motivation buddies, no matter what program you’re following on this journey 😁😁

    Fellow PCOS sufferer, highest weight was 215, now down to 160. My goal is 140. Tried a lot of different things lol run the gambit from keto to macros to eating disorders but im a listening ear if you need it!
