Hi there everyone,
I am looking for some friends who also have spondylolisthesis and are working on it in someway or another! I have grade 1 and osteoarthritis and disc degeneration from years of dance. I was diagnosed in 2011 and have gained almost 100 lbs since. Over the years I have done Pilates, yoga, gentle dancing and other things off and on but the weight kept climbing and of course I carry it in my belly which doesn't help. I have just started working with a personal trainer who has extensive kinesiology background and am looking for people to share motivation!!!

That is a new term to me. Perhaps my Ankylosing Spondylitis is protecting me from Spondylolisthesis. I know I gained due to my AS limitations until I changed my Way Of Eating 5 years ago. After that WOE change and resulting 50 loss 4 years ago then therapy started being more successful. Best of success.4
