Great job and thanks for the trip down my memory lane. I did Murph a couple times about 15 years ago when I was cherry-picking CrossFit WODs. Can’t remember my times but under one hour (about age 49 at the time.)
Agree with your post-Murph assessment. Your squats were your weakest link as far as form goes.
I’m currently doing 100 rep volume pull-ups workouts for time. What I’ve learned is that ladders help me do more in less time with better form. What I’m doing lately is a ladder of 3-3-2-2-1-1 and then repeat which I find better than, for example, rounds of 5.
