Daily push-up Challenge!

Every Thursday I do a push-up challenge with my facebook friends and I wanted to extend it to MFP too!

Do push-ups every hour hour on the hour (I do 8am-8pm). You pick how many you do each hour (I do 10). Do them on your knees or toes, it doesn't matter, just make sure you have good form and you are getting them done!
