I'm new & confused

I started using this app almost a month ago now & I've even started exercising twice day but I haven't lost any weight. I'm so confused. I feel really discouraged but I don't want to be fat anymore. I just don't know what to do.

welcome. sorry you are having a hard time.
so it's been three weeks and the scale has not moved AT ALL? how often do you weigh yourself?
when did you start the exercise?
do you use a food scale? for all foods?

Exercise is nice for health, but not necessarily part of losing weight. Do you log all your food? Do you use a food scale?0

Definitely take some time to read the stickies at the top of the Getting Started forum. They are full of really helpful information that will help you so much on your journey. I really wish I'd have taken the time to do that when I first got back into using MFP. Many smart people put a lot of time and effort into gathering info that should answer your questions and get you back on track.
