I have loose skin and body fat, in need of a recomp

I was once 270 lbs and now I’m 165 lbs , 12% bf and I’m 5’10. I’ve lost everything except my little stomach that I have as you can see in the photos. I’m at my goal weight meaning I need a recomposition as I see people with similar issues have and their responses, but my question is when weight lifting should I do higher reps lower weights to remove my belly or heavy weight lower reps? I’m trying to maintain my weight and muscular physique and remove my small belly that I have.
