Looking for others

Im just wondering if there's anyone else out there that's an emotional eater.

I lost my eldest son 10 months ago very sudden from an infection he was only 25 so I used food to comfort myself and 9 months later started splitting my work pants so 4 weeks ago I stepped on a scale and found I had put on 3 stone I was disgusted in myself so started to take control of my eating and exercise, as I work a very manual job that's helped. In the last 4 weeks I have lost 1stone 4lb and I'm feeling so much better in my self don't want to go back. But suffering with pmt, water retention and my holiday from work starts tomorrow which means social eating out anyone have any ideas of good things to eat while out which won't blow my diet
