Hi,
I'm new to all of this. Started using the app ten days ago, it's been ok - not sure about the macros thingymebobs though! I'm 41, have a very active job, two German shepherds and a less well behaved 9 year old. My days are pretty full so other than a workout routine at home, I'm not looking to start running, going back to a gym etc. I would like to drop about a stone, learn and maintain a healthier approach to food.
Any chat, advice or pearls of wisdom welcome!
Bernie

welcome
I don't pay attention to macros. the basic set-up provided by MFP is fine, i just ensure to hit the protein goal or more most days (on average) but beyond that i don't pay attention.0
