Hello Everyone!
So excited to finally post my progress pics after about a year of tracking and lifting consistently. I didn't use any specific lifting program (did the moves that I liked from certain programs and stuck with them, progressively increasing weight over a long period of time) and my weight loss was set at a rate of about .5 lbs a week with a few maintenance weeks thrown in there. I owe my progress to changing how I thought about food (no "good" food "bad" food thinking) and also learning to love exercising! I'm about 15 lbs away from my goal weight, but I'm in no rush lol My weight loss was also not linear (AT ALL). I would gain and lose 5 lbs all the time, so I relied mostly on measurements I had taken. I'm so excited for these results and I look forward to the continued progress.
