I’m Jim, age 54 and 6’2’. About 4 weeks ago I was 213.5lbs. I had been as high as 225. Work stress, less alcohol, zero fast food, and zero sugary drinks helped drop some weight. I wasn’t even trying to lose weight, I was just trying to be more healthy.

A month ago a casual conversation with my daughter lead me to drinking a 30g Premier Protein Shake for breakfast. I immediately focused on eating better food and controlled quantities. In addition I began a beginners 15 minute dumbbell workout and I’ve since added a 15+ minute walk.

I discovered this app about 20 days ago and the tracking of nutrition and calories has made me hyper focused into following my foods and results.

I’m now at 200lbs (-13.5), enjoying my new food lifestyle, and looking forward to reaching 190lbs.
