Glutathione, CoQ-10

Doc prescribed me Glutathione and CoQ-10. Been taking both for three days. Noticed an uptick in energy yesterday, and today when working out. Today I am suddenly ravenous. Have not had experienced this at all during the last seven months of weight loss. I know it’s only three days, but energy and hunger are so unexpected and that’s the only thing that’s changed.

Anyone else experienced this with either of these supplements?

Per oral glutathione is pretty much just flushing money down the toilet (impractical absorption):

Noticed some benefit in terms of energy/stamina/less prone to fatigue from CoQ10 (very subjective) when used for headache prophylaxis (as well as ~50% reduction in headaches/week).

Current evidence does show some credibility for use in angina (exertion/stress/ischemia related to/from physical activity) and headache prophylaxis (stupid high doses for parkinson's disease & huntington's disease). Cost benefit analysis is always the big question with CoQ10...are minor, often subjective improvements worth shilling out ~$+40/month for OTC not covered by insurance?

Yes. Has been said that CoQ10 may help with lack of energy caused by fibromyalgia. Seems to help many people.

Now that’s interesting. I don’t have fibromyalgia however, I have residual joint stiffness and pain, presumably from several bouts of rheumatic fever. In April I wrapped up seven years of penicillin injections to keep the ARF from recurring. (Was told the injections had nothing to do with the constant exhaustion.)
Day 4 of these two new supplements and I went out and tried running for the first time in my life. I feel like aaaaaaaah! Must keep moving!!!!!
I don’t know whether to be happy for the boost, or worried it’s like Dumbo’s feather.
I guess just be grateful for small blessings and that they seem to be doing exactly what the doc prescribed them for.
